About me

I am a Software Engineer graduated from Columbia College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems.

Solving problems have always been a passion for me. I always find a drive in me to make things simpler and better. I have always believed that solving problems should be easy, effective, and efficient in any dimension of life and the right information blended with the right action is the way to achieve so. I have always believed that our problems are a few extra eyes away to solve.

From my childhood, I have always loved numbers. I have enjoyed solving problems whether it is solving differential equations or fixing my old car. I feel like problems give me an extra eye every time I solve them. There is a sense of joy and satisfaction after the problem I am working on is resolved.

It was not until the sophomore year of my college when I was introduced to data structures and algorithms where I felt like my passion for solving problems and maths aligned with programming.

I have always been a risk-taker, quick learner, curious and good with people.
I am interested in the field of Full-Stack Software development. I am currently working on projects with ASP.NET, web APIs, Blazor, Entity Framework, MySQL database, MVC, Oracle DB.

Work Experience

Web Developer
Taramarts 2021-05-01 - 2021-08-01 • Created E-commercial and operational website for Tara Marts using MERN Stack. Created Restful APIs using express, created MongoDB and mongoose for database, implemented Redux for state management of the application. • Implemented user authentication and validation using JWT, bcrypt, .env, JOI. • Used Heroku for the site deployment, GitHub as the version control tool. • Increased the monthly revenue of the company from $29000 to $75000 , decreased the product wastage by almost 25% during the span of three months.
Full Stack Web Developer
Algorizin 2022-01-01 - 2022-03-01 • Created resturant web application using MERN Stack; created Restful APIs using express, utilized MongoDB and mongoose, implemented Context API for state management of the application, implemented user authentication using JWT, bcrypt, firebase • User could search food, review resturant, add resturants, search according to location, login, register, according to their access level • Worked in the team of seven people collaborating through git and github.

A year on this campus taught me the possibility of happiness even at the time of struggle and uncertainity, the importance of reading books, how important it is to have a mentor in life. I also learned that things are not always how we see them.
